For review:
Roomies by Sara Zarr and Tara Altebrando - A finished paperback copy! I'm intrigued by this novel. I think it'll be a fun contemporary read.
The Truth is a Cave in the Black Mountains by Neil Gaiman and Eddie Campbell - After seeing Cynthia of Jellyfish Reads' review of this, I thought I would give it a go. It's a bit different, and I've not yet read anything by Neil Gaiman. Think it's probably about time I fixed that.
Since You've Been Gone by Morgan Matson - Eee! I am so excited for this novel! I loved Morgan Matson's previous two novels, Amy & Roger's Epic Detour and Last Chance Summer, so I'm realy hoping I love this one! It does sound amazing! I'll probably read this soon.
Chorus by Emma Trevayne - Eee, another exciting book! I absolutely LOVED Coda, so I'm super excited to read how the duology ends! Looking forward to diving back into this world! :D
Won:
Playing Tyler by T. L. Costa - I won this from Blog of Erised as part of MHAM in the Name that Quote game. I'm intrigued by this book! :) Thanks, Ula!
Thank you to Hodder, Headline via Bookbridgr, Simon and Schuster Children's Books, and Running Press Kids for the review copies.
Inspired by Faye of A Daydreamer's Thoughts's Weekly Recap, here is a recap of my posts over the last week, and anything else I found interesting.
Reviews:
I reviewed one book for MHAM this week. When Mr Dog Bites by Brian Conaghan is a fantastic story about a boy with Tourette's Syndrome. I really recommend it.
I also posted a movie review of The Fault in Our Stars after getting watch an early screening of it last week. SO! GOOD!
Otherwise:
My posts on here might be sporadic from now on. Here's why.
