First Class Post

For review:

The Masque of the Red Death by Bethany Griffin - Goodreads / Amazon
A cool sounding apocalyptic novel! All the reviews I've read have been fairly positive, so I'm looking forward to trying this.

Katya's World by Jonathan L. Howard - Goodreads / Amazon
This sci-fi sounds so intriguing! Looking forward to giving it a go.

The Assassin's Curse by Cassandra Clarke - Goodreads / Amazon
Eeee, this sounds like a super exciting high fantasy! SO excited to give this a go!

Poltergeeks by Sean Cummings - Goodreads / Amazon
Awesome title! Awesome premise! And the author sounds like a pretty cool guy too! I'm sure this is going to be an awesome novel!

Unspoken by Sarah Rees Brennan - Goodreads / Amazon
I have to say, I wasn't the biggest fan of The Demon's Lexicon, and because of that, I'm yet to pick up book 2 in the series. As it's one of Brennan's novels, I'm a little apprehensive about reading this, but it does sound awesome! This is an ebook, so not pictured.

Love, Lucie by Marita Conlon-McKenna - Goodreads / Amazon
This was an unsolicited review copy. It sounds sweet, but kind of young. I think I'll give it a miss. (For some reason, Goodreads has this book under a different name, but it's the same book).

Ribblestrop Forever! by Andy Mulligan - Goodreads / Amazon
Another unsolicited copy. This series is just not my cup of tea, I won't be reading.

Heaven by Alexandra Adornetto - Goodreads / Amazon
Again, unsolicited, but I did enjoy Halo! I still have Hades to read, but at least I can finish the whole series now.

The Forsaken by Lisa M Stasse - Goodreads / Amazon
Oh, I am SO looking forward to reading this, it sounds absolutely amazing! Eee, excited!

13 by Kelley Armstrong - Goodreads / Amazon
This is an unsolicited review copy. Considering I haven't even started this series yet, this one won't be read for a good long while.

Breathe by Sarah Crossan - Goodreads / Amazon
Eeee! I am so excited to read this book, it sounds incredible! Another awesome dystopian! :D

Thank you to Indigo, Strange Chemistry, Simon and Schuster Children's Books, Atom, Orchard Books, Orbit, and Bloomsbury for the review copies.

  1. Awesome haul there although I didn't see Unspoken ;)

I'm definitely interested in that and Masque of the Red Death which I keep hearing about. Dystopians FTW!

    1. Unspoken is an eBook, I forgot to say that. Will edit my post.

Yeah, the Masque sounds pretty awesome! And I am so looking forward to all my dystopian novels! I have some great reading ahead if me! :)

  2. YOU GOT BREATHE!! *steals* Sooo excited to read that!! I LOVE my dystopians :D Also can't wait to get my hands on The Foresaken, it's such a brilliant idea and I have really high hopes for it.

You know, I haven't read a single Kelley Armstrong book *sigh* I hear so much about her and I actually own three of her books. BAD BRODIE.

I also enjoyed TMOTRD, hopefully you will too. FANTASTIC haul, Jo! Enjoy them all!

    1. Eee, SO excited for for Breathe and The Forsaken, they sound awesome!

Oh, I've read the first two books in Armstrong's The Darkest Powers series, and they were awesome! I just haven't made it to her adult series yet.

Yes, it's because of your review of TMOTRD that I was interested in reading it! Sounds so good!

      Thank you! :D

  3. So many books! I'm really excited to read Breathe and The Forsaken - I think they both look brilliant.

    1. I know, I've been quite lucky this week! They do! So excited to start reading them! :)

  4. Fantastic Haul. I love Kelley Armstrong as Bitten was the book that got me into UF, while Breathe looks awesome!

    1. Thank you! :) I've loved the books I've read in Armstrong's The Darkest Powers series, so I'm sure I'd like her Women of the Otherworld series too, I've just not got to it yet.

Yesss, Breathe looks SO good! I am so excited to read it! :D

  5. Oh my goodness, JO! AMAZING MAILBOX! I'm so so SOOOO excited for The Forsaken and Masque of the Red Dearth and... *drools over the rest of your pile*

    LOOKS AMAZING! Happy reading :D

    1. Thank you! :D I am so excited to read both of them too! So many great books there! Looking forward to them all :)
