Grimm's Fairy Tales - As I didn't receive the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm for Christmas, I decided to treat myself. Really looking forward to reading the originals of the well known stories!

Me & Mr J by Rachel McIntyre - This proof was in the freebie box we have in the staff room, usually for damaged stock we can't sell. I'm intrigued by the story, but I'm not too sure about it. But as it was there, I thought I'd pick it up and give it a go. It's also 2015 YA debut, and UKYA.

Inspired by Faye of A Daydreamer's Thoughts's Weekly Recap, here is a recap of my posts over the last week, and anything else I found interesting.

The Name on Your Wrist by Helen Hiorns Blood of Dragons by Robin Hobb The Art of Being Normal by Lisa Williamson

Three books read since my last First Class Post. The Name on Your Wrist by Helen Hiorns
was read and reviewed last year, a really awesome dystopia! So clever and well thought out, I absolutely loved it. Blood of Dragons by Robin Hobb was a fantastic conclusion to The Rain Wild Chronicles! Such a brilliant series, and this was probably the most epic of the lot! The Art of Being Normal by Lisa Williamson is a wonderful 2015 UKYA LGBTQ debut, about the lives and friendship of two boys, one of which is transgender. Really beautiful story
