For review:

The False Princess by Eilis O'Neal - Egmont USA
This sounds like such a sweet high fantasy! The premise is begging me to open its pages now! Really can't wait to read it! Another for the 2011 Debut Author Challenge!

Bitter Melon by Cara Chow - Egmont USA
I'm so intrugued by this book! The struggl of being who you want to be against who your parents want you to be. I'm really looking forward to it!

Human.4 by Mike A. Lancaster - Egmont USA
The premise behind this book is just brilliant! I am soo eager to get reading! Another one for the 2011 Debut Author Challenge!

Drought by Pam Bachorz - Egmont USA
This book sounds absolutely amazing! I am just itching to start this book right away! It sounds just sooo good!

The Lost Saint by Bree Despain - Egmont USA
The sequel to The Dark Divine! I've not yet read the first book, but I am dying to do so! It does sound so good! And now I have this one to make me pick it up sooner!

Low Red Moon by Ivy Devlin - Bloomsbury
This book sounds awesome! I had won a US ARC previously, but haven't got round to reading it yet. Really looking forward to it! Only problem? As pretty as the cover is being shiny and all, it don't half hurt your eyes when the light shines on it! Cue a headache!

Buried Thunder by Tim Bowler - OUP
This sounds quite intriguing, and a little spooky! Not sure whether it's my cup of tea or not.

I Don't Want to Kill You by Dan Wells - Headline
Ooooh! I so want to read this series! I have all three now, but have yet to start. I don't know why not, because it sounds amazing, and I'm really looking forward to it! Must make more of an effort!

Blood Red Road by Moira Young - Scholastic
Without reading it, I can't work out if this is high fantasy or dystopia. Either way, I am really intrigued! And it's BIG! Over 500 pages. This makes me excited! Yet another for the 2011 Debut Author Challenge.

Gifted:

Regular followers of my fantasy blog, Ink and Paper, will know what a HUGE fan I am of Lisa Shearin, author of the Raine Benares series. Quite a while back now (last year or the year before, can't quite remember) I won a contest on her blog to name her fifth book - Con and Conjure. She got some new swag in recently for the new book, and said if people wanted some to email her, so I did. BUT! Along with the signed postcard (with note on the back) and two signed bookmarks, she also sent me a 8 1/2 x 11 glossy of the C&C cover, signed with a message (she ran a contest for this which I entered, but Lisa emailed me saying as I named the book, I should get one anyway, so there was a winner, and I got one)! AND! And and and! A galley page proof of the Acknowledgements page WITH MY NAME - also with a note! Can you tell how happy I am? Can you? Can you, really? EEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
