For review:

Being Billy by Phil Earle - Puffin
This book sounds so good! I'm really looking forward to reading it. Another one for the 2011 Debut Author Challenge.

Blue from Lou Arconica - The Fiction Studio
I think this is a cross-over novel. It's narrated by an adult, his teenage daughter, and a faerie. So I'll review it here. I'm really intrigued by this novel, it sounds really cool!

The Betrayal of Natalie Hargrove by Lauren Kate - RHCB
I am excited! I've read some reviews where the blogger didn't like this book, but I love Kate's writing, so I'm really looking forward to it anyway. And I love that it's inspired by Macbeth by Shakespeare!

The Iron Witch by Karen Mahoney - RHCB
Eee! I can't wait to read this book! Yet another for the 2011 Debut Author Challenge! This book sounds so good, and it's another author who's pretty much "one of us" in the blogosphere. Really excited to read this!

I also got sent some lovely signed bookmarks from the wonderful Angela Morrison! How awesome is she?

Also, my review of Fallen was quoted on the The Betrayal of Natalie Hargrove press release, 3rd quote:

I'm pretty chuffed!

  8. I have to say, I love the UK cover for Natalie Hargrove. And I'm intrigued that your copy of Being Billy is a different colour to my copy. And I have to agree about The Iron Witch - I'm super excited to read it.
